Bay Leaf Tree

I love my little bay leaf tree. Their glossy dark green leaves are so gorgeous. You can then harvest the leaves as you need them.

It’s good to have a few dried bay leaves on hand in the kitchen for cooking – the taste is stronger if you dry them out. Remember to take them out after cooking or avoid them in your bowl as they aren’t very nice to eat whole. Also don’t eat the berries on the plant as they’re poisonous. To dry the leaves, just hang them upside down on a hook; they look very pretty and will be super handy for a quick Bologna!
