But after a week of extreme heat and with the eggs sitting in the hutch the entire time, would the eggs still be ok? Thankfully I don’t have to wait until I need to use them to know if they’re off or not…

Eggs that have gone off float. Simple. So all I did was pop them in a deep bowl of water, throw away the floaters, and keep the sinkers. I only lost 2 eggs. Yeehaa! It’s amazing what eggs can go through and still be ok.
