I find the best way to stay fit is to be able to improvise and keep it fresh. Oh and always working out on an empty stomach otherwise I feel like having a wom. We have a small home gym, not very impressive, inexpensive but fun. A few weights, a skipping rope, a boxing bag and a whole lot of sweat and tears. Ha!

I Love Yoga:
I’ve been practicing yoga, including bikram yoga and meditation for over 10 years. Yoga leaves me feeling refreshed, balanced, toned and relaxed. I’m currently on the path to becoming a qualified yoga teacher.

I Love Running:
I find running totally worth the hard work. It gets my heart rate up, clears my mind and gets me out into nature no matter where I am in the world. I combine my running with weight training, which makes for a wicked work out.
